When the service attendant drove it up, I noticed it looked horrific. The radio was gone, the back window was broken, the leather seats were filthy and looked terribly worn, and the car overall was a mess. The service rep, Richard, tried to mitigate the situation and convince us the police did not need to be notified because "they don't want to deal with petty stuff like car burglaries." At my insistence, the police were called, and a report was written. I was appalled that Richard then tried to persuade me to take the car home in that condition, offering to tape up the window. Nearly three weeks later, I am still getting the runaround. The dealer says four different radios were ordered but none fit.
